In our in-house lab and prep room, we work with cutting-edge technology and equipment found in world-class bars. Owner Mandy brings years of experience from London's renowned bar scene. With us, you will learn fast, precise work, the professional use of modern techniques, and how to develop and balance your own signature drinks.
